If this doesn't work, in safe mode under computer management find "Local Users and Groups" and under "User" create a new account.

On other pc/laptop download media creation tool, plug usb at least 6GB size, create bootable USB, and install clean windows.
Does this also restore your apps and files?
Or does it do a full factory reset

What to do when I have only the .bak folder?
I was actually able to get thru most of the steps until I reached the part where u typed registry. I am unable to click into the search box and enter any characters. Any other way to access the registry? Thank you! 🙏

For me .bak file shows first and another shows second i renamed the second one and when i renamed .bak file it shows cant rename pls help me pls bro and it didnt show refcount

Hi when I go to safe mode, my screen is flickering. What do I do?
I dont know if you solved this, the same flickering happened to me too. Its some graphics driver issue I think. But Task Manager is still working, so I pressed Ctrl+Shft+Esc to open Task Manager and click on file and then clcik run new task and then run Regedit.
My own dosent work after I go into safe mode and try to log in it just shows a white screen

Ctrl+alt+delete, open task manager, and from there go to run task, regedit and follow procedure. 👍
Its not really working for me, whenever I go in safe mode it takes a long time to log in and whenever I’m logged in to safe mode all I see is a white screen and my cursor. Any fixes?

Factory reset caused this problem, user profile cant be loaded, safe mode won't boot, startup settings won't work, setting bios to default didn't work, it removed my other user profile so I can't login to another user, command prompt is basically my final option (from windows itself not safe mode or windows) how to fix?

Try ctrl+alt+delete in safe mode, open task manager, in task menager in the top left corner you have "run", in there you can type regedit 😉

You're not administrator on your laptop, so you need to contact administrator user of that laptop. 😅

You can put a command in command prompt as a last resort but I can't find the code with networking this way I forced it into safemode but not networking..
