I have this problem too but mine is whenever i go to safe mode it goes blackscreen and the taskbar loading then disappearing. The last thing my brother than befor i got in this situation is him fully resetting the laptop but it doesn't fully reset. Like it only goes 27 percent then it goes on the disk checking. Hoping this problem will be fixed
@@viitro. i re installed windows. fuk this shit. the more youtube videos i follow the more messed up ur device gets. go get professional help. dont do it urself. note - reinstalling windows from device doesn't fix anything

I'm getting white screen. I opened task manager. Went inside explorer. Opened regedit .
Did things... Still didn't work. Same error.

you need usb bootable win 10 , dont install, you just need to use cmd in Installation page Win 10 and then change pass
