Thank for the sub to reset bios password you either remove the bios jumper and if this doesn’t work you need to buy bios resetting tool- here are the steps using the jumper- Turn off the computer and disconnect the power cable. Locate the password reset jumper (PSWD) on the system board. Remove the jumper plug from the password jumper pins. Turn on the computer without the jumper plug. Wait for the desktop to load, then shut down the computer. Replace the jumper plug in its original location.. this will reset the password
hey so i did this on other stuff and it worked but the error is still there like i cant enter my password i hit the sign other options and i cant do the password one its only letting me put in my outlook password which i forgot
You have a Microsoft password that’s why it is asking for outlook password .. try resetting a your outlook password using your mobile phone and enter here Make sure you are connected to the internet while entering password

Bro do a clean installation of windows .. it’s the best option for you.. Else download lazersoft software .. install in pendrive, give boot and this will help you reset password
