Open run command and type lusrMgr.msc
All account will be shown .. go to the properties and remove password

Use windows bootable usb, give boot and click on repair your pc after selecting language instead of install now.. it will take you to same screen

Did you change your password? When I changed mine all my apps disappeared from my desktop.
