Now I'm starting again for 14 days Day 1 I'll do it✌️ Day 2 my abs still hurt and I did it twice👍 Day 3 To tell you the truth, this exercise is good, I have seen some difference in my stomach by doing this, but these days I have started eating very high calorie foods, so I have decided to diet like an Indian. It will be a little hard because Indian fast food is still available, only I will eat it but I am confident that I will be able to diet.✌️ Day 4 It still hurts a lot to do it but I am seeing some difference so I am ready to bear the pain because I want abs.😢

Hii!! To answer your question, the way to a flat stomach is fat loss. Which you can do healthily through a calorie deficit (eating too little calories will mean you dont lose weight by the way so please do it healthily) However, doing ab excerises like these increase your metabolism rate, meaning your body 'burns' calories quicker. So yes, ultimately this should help!
