I discovered your channel during the pandemic but wasn’t fully consistent with doing the workouts because I also was busy with a newborn and worked full time after 1.5 months off. But now that it’s 2 years later, I’ve been doing your workouts for a few months straight now. Mostly for fun and the gain of energy with weight loss in the back burner. I thought, why not, and stepped on the scale and realized I was 10#’s down. You saved my butt during a pandemic when gyms were closed as well as getting back on track post-partum. Ok guys! Here I am with my leg fractured and asking the universe why it happened to me when I would have loved to do this amazing 5 min workout!! Urghhhh PS it was a nice watching experience and I'm sure it'll be great once I do it myself!🔥
I felt so proud of myself for finishing the first two rounds and then she said we were starting the second round with burpees and I immediately said “oh f*** you” 😂😂😂 But this was a great finisher to my workout, thank you! ❤

okay so school is starting in 2 weeks (13 days to be exact) and I wanna have a body glow up before then. Also I wanna start a habit of working out every day as my new year's resolution. My weight currently is 52.1kgs but I'm not expecting anything to change over the next few weeks. Day 1: Y'know I was expecting this to be easy because it was only 5 minutes but boy😭.. after only two exercises I was dying on the floor. Today was pretty hard but I'm optimistic it'll get easier from here!😁 Day 2: Whew.. 😅 still hard but managed to pull through till the end. Had to pause halfway because I was exhausted. But overall I'm happy 😁 I've already seen some changes in my abdomen. Can't wait for tmr👍🏾 Day 3: still the same as yesterday.. but I'm already seeing some definition in my abs. 🥹 Day 4: kinda easier than yesterday although I had to take a break in-between
