Exercises for upper thigh pain in Hindi. This is the best exercises or stretch that can be used for thigh pain. It would give you a good relief and would provide good stretch on the femoral nerve. These exercises can be done with a helper or self stretch can be using weights. Femoral nerve is the common reason for upper thigh pain and I hope this exercise help you in pain relief

I heard since my childhood that whenever we have any problem then God send anybody to help us and thanks to God and you mam for helping me. Bcoz I was suffering from pain in my quads . I m doing weight training. There was less pain but numbness for some seconds in my thighs. I tried your explained exercise nd now I got well. Thank you soooooo much mam🙏

Doc, I fell down a few months back and since then I've been having pain in my left leg foot and thighs. Foot pain is not that bad, but near thighs when I walk or try to stand I suddenly feel a strong pull and that's unbearable. It's affecting my walking style. I went to physiotherapist but it didn't help much. Can you please please suggest some exercises. It will be a great help for me🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Try this streching as shown in the video with the help of someone...also do the strengthening of quadriceps muscle along with the stretching
Also apply hot fermentation over the painful area ...may be this could help you

Doctor appreciate your nice information. I got injured in the muscle of front part of thigh due which a hollow space formed in between the muscle. I am using the thigh support bandage and ice compression as treatment. The area is pain to touch and there is internal swelling.
Now I need to know can I do this video excercise to treat the thigh muscle injury?
I think it’s a case of a muscle tear ....I would suggest to not do this exercise as initially it requires rest and compression until the pain subsides ...duration of rest depends on the grade of the muscle tear
Once the pain and swelling is reduced, then start with the gentle muscle strengthening exercises...but not with the streching which is shown in the video as streching is not recommended in your case ...

Madam, your video presentation on subject is very impressive & informative.
I have similar problem with little different.
While walking , my lower back left thigh get pain & due the same my left side leg gets numbness with severe pain resulted have to sit immediately to get relief. I had similar problem long back on right side & nerve activist doctor treated me by massage & pressure points with advise not to stop walking but if feel pain, sit for a while & then continue. Earlier the pain interval was quite long but now it is very frequent with few minutes of walk it starts immidiately. Unfortunately unable to visit him as out of town.
Will appreciate if you could suggest solution🙏🏻

Hello ma'am, I have a l5-s1 disc bulge however my low back pain is not bothering me so much as my thigh nerve pain, I get front thigh nerve pain and also while walking my thigh muscles feels loose and sometimes I leg feels heavy heavy when I sleep like my whole leg weight is taken by my heels of foot while I sleep and sometimes while walking I could feel my thigh nerves, I don't know ma'am whether it is due to femoral nerve or peripheral neuropathy or sciatica or something else, maam can you please help me by providing suitable exercises for my front thigh nerve pain and also to make those thigh muscles stronger, would really appreciate your help ma'am 🙏🏻🙂

Mam now recovered from coccydynia but sometimes I get pain in tail bone but after motion it reduces.till now I m taking rest after doing some house hold work

I have thigh pain and it has been over 2 years now. It is not consistent. I cannot walk properly because of this pain because it happens like Moch pain. I have to walk extremely carefully otherwise I feel intense pain in my upper thigh and I lose balance because of it. Once it happens, I have to either keep my leg still so that the pain would go away after 5-6 seconds or I have to bring my leg up with the help of my hand. I have to admit that I am 80 kg and 5.2 feet person so I am definitely overweight and my work is online mostly so I have minimal activity. Should I do this streching for this pain?
