Hi Doctor, do you know if there is a remedy for pain not in the knee but just above it and sometimes the pain radiates below the knee, negative RA test, spine scan and no issues there, pain is so severe that anti inflammatory pills doesn't work ?
***For all exercises, the painful thigh is the straightened leg*** 1:30 inner leg arc 2:19 inner leg arc 2.0 (fan out slightly with each rep) 3:30 side lunge 5:10 star glider 6:26 adductor rocker (back and forth, drive knees further out each rep) 7:14 adductor rocker 2.0 8:20 adductor wall slide (go higher each rep. V2.0 turn toes toward the ceiling. V3.0 move away from the wall

Hello- the pain I get feels more acute and intense- how can you tell if the pain is from the muscle vs. coming from that anterior medial thigh nerve? I am scared to do these excerises- afraid it might trigger that acute pain I get- it's almost like it's both- the nerve and the muscle- like a Charlie horse pain- muscle cramp and nerve pain. Last night I jumped out of bed and started marching in place for 25 minutes to evade a full blown episode- tried stretching a little then I paced around the house for another 25 min- took my gabapentine and slept sitting- re lined on the couch. Granted these episodes are not frequent- can skip a month or two- but when it hits- I can't talk or breath. MRI showed nothing. I sleep on my side- - the very first time it happened bilaterally at the same time and I thought I was going to die! It mostly happens when I am laying down . It has felt like it wanted to start a few times when sitting. I use a standing desk at work now and I walk about 4500 steps daily during my lunch break. Have you had any cases like mine?
Omg. Just by doing the first exercise, I am able to walk with less pain. I was in so much pain, had to take pain killers and these exercises have just improved everything. Thank you so much!

I just came across these exercises for inner thigh pain. I pulled a muscle last week and since then the pain has been getting worse. I tried alternating between heat and cold. My first very mild groin pull. I recently stepped up my exercise routine and I am 62 and I've had about with mild back strain and now a very mild adductor strain. These exercises should prove to be excellent in preventing a reccurance! Thanks♥️🤩

For me, doing the adductor rocker and rocking backwards generated the most intense pain in my inner thigh. I've had this nagging pain due to a workout injury (Bulgarian split squat) for a few months. After 1 session of these exercises the pain was GREATLY reduced, from pain level of 7 down to 3. I will keep doing these daily! THANKS!!!
I did the adductor rocker and got two Charlie horses in the back of my thighs. I’m a grown man crying on my bedroom floor at 3am. 😂 Price of using my legs in a rush without stretching or warming up.

37 yrs old with with Kawasaki syndrome when younger and now rhumatoid arthritis , ankylosis spondylitis, swelling in lower legs and feet , weight gain , bursitis in several tendons feels like burning , Was very active when younger and still and but all this problems are getting worse as I get older In the past 5 yrs it all is 100% worse the yrs befor pain meds sucks !!!!! Worst choice I ever did now stuck for 12 yrs ,, Awsome videos works and a great one to find when is pain , cramps suck , Inside thigh cramp just started and video helped instantly Jumping out of bed screaming pain with cramps U better know how to fix it quick or u will be on the ground , His video are excellent Info
I just did those inner thigh stretches after possibly hurting myself while working out and it was an instant pain relief 10/10 i will always stretch before working out for now on thank you so much!
This looks great, I don't have any inner thigh pain, but my inner thigh muscles are getting tighter and tighter each year, so I want to stretch them and loosen them up and these techniques look perfect for the way I like to move and exercise my body with slow, measured and focused stretching and strenghtening movements. 🙏🏼

This is nuts I've recently just started playing rugby again after a few years off and having mad pain in my inner thighs, skim through and tried a lot of yt exercises but the one that states instant relief - actually delivers. Thank you 🙏
I don't see anything that says instant relief, only preventative. And when I have them, it is always both, never just one. It is the worst pain I have ever felt, topping by far when I had pneumonia outside of my left lung, which, to that point was the worst pain I had ever experienced. With calf or foot cramps, you can stretch them for relief, but not for these. Any movement is excruciating. Ended hammock camping for me. God forbid that I ever have one while driving, so, until I find a fix for these, I will not feel safe to drive for any distance.
I’m so relieved I found this video! I had a running injury about five years ago and even did 16 weeks of PT for what my Doctor (and physical therapist) assumed was a hamstring injury. I finally gave up on running and have tried to avoid overstretching my right leg for several years due to continued pain. This video was a huge “A-ha!” moment when I tried the very first exercise and it nailed right where the pain is at!

@DrRowe, Doc I want to say thanks for these exercises. Sir, the last exercise is by the far the most difficult for me. I can only lift my weak leg about 16inch to 24inches max. Holy moly,...it is so weak.
About 3 days ago I started having sharp pain on the inner thigh of my right leg. The pain is worse when I'm lifting my leg up to get into the driver side of my vehicle or when I'm lifting something. I've already scheduled an appointment with a doctor. Planning on giving these exercises a try later today. Thank you

I do leg day at least once a week and cardio 2-3x a week and there seems to be no fix that’s not just skipping legs and cardio all together.. which I don’t want to do. I’ve tried a couple of these stretches and honestly feel a HUGE difference! Thank you so much 🎉
We are going to dance for a festival contest but suddenly I got a groin strain. I can barely walk and I can't run without having so much pain 😭. I hope this exercise would help me fade away all the pain before the contest on Sunday

My pain is like in both my legs when I walk it hurts soooooo much 😢
