Thanks a lot for these exercises. I had severe lower back pain (worsening on sitting) due to being bedridden for 2 months. I followed your videos and it got reduced to a great extent. But I can still feel pain and inflammation in SI joints. Also my lower back hurts only when I'm sitting. Can you suggest something for that?

This is Swarna from india Came here to say my gratitude thank you Dr, More than 2 year I had heel pain n few month before back pain n sciatica pain , it ruined my life , not able to walk 1/2 km , not able to sit or stand . Last month saw your post regarding sciatica n for heel pain ( spoon technic) it did wonder instantly I felt relief from heel pain within week my back pain , sciatica pain all disappeared . Only when I do heavy work any day I get pains, immediately I do exercise you teach pain vanish. Thank thank for so simple and easy exercise 100% works if did little regularly . Now again I am able to do walking more than 3 kms . 🙏🙏🙏

ABC's exercises were not working only in my foot. I am doing all the exercises for my lower back. Amazingly the pain is gone. Now dealing with my ankle pain. Thanks so much for your help.
A fan of Jim Croce? Great song writer and singer. I would imagine many of your channel viewers remember him well! By the way, the exercises featured in this video are beneficial if your walking a lot through the day.

I had pain in front of thighs wouldn't go away for anything nearly crippling my builder's dad told me his holistic dr told him to wear different shoes everyday he said get 5 pairs and switch them out i could only afford 3 at the time but pain completely went away within the week.
MY PAIN is severe in the front at times. The exercises are great but don't take away my pain. My pain is way over a #10 if I get the leg in the wrong position.
10:00 Is it a reason to do the down-and-up action with wall sitting? I was taught to hold the position as long as I can for volleyball warm-down. Have I been doing this wrong the whole time.

Can you do a video trying to get out of bed? What stretches can laying on the bed waking up and stretches for putting on pants
