    A hump behind the neck sometimes also called as Buffalo Hump or Dowager's hump is condition in which the fat builds up behind and slightly below the neck. It is a rounded hunch that occurs at the base of your neck.
    It is usually caused by leaning forward for longer period of times, so bad posture is the most common cause of neck hump, other possible causes includes osteoporosis, compression fracture.
    Depending on age and severity, this condition can be improved or reversed. This can be accomplished by the exercises shown in this video.
