I will try this for 6 months starting tomorrow and I will come back to my comment to update you. Don’t give up
I found this video after 15 years of neck ache and headaches. The first time I did it it seemed to relax me. I've done it for 5 months, every single day. My headaches have reduced greatly. My muscle tension in my upper shoulders is much better. I love that you do the exercises with us!! That's a big difference. Big huge thank you. I have been to so many physics, chiropracters, remedial massages and spent big dollars. Can I request that you do one like this with gentle weights perhaps, if that would help. I am in my 50's. fyi. Keep up your amazing work!!!
I don’t know why some of these commenters are so annoying, the woman is helping you out, giving you advice on how to remove a problem that most of us probably caused out selves by having incorrect posture when using our phones etc.. but y’all are here talking about her outfit, her boobs, her whatever, seriously shut up 😐 if you don’t like her ‘outfit’ than don’t watch after all she didn’t make the video for you to criticise her 🙄
I feel cheesy and dramatic but I genuinely need to tell you, thank you for this. I have a bit of a hunch back and not only does it make me embarrassed, but it can cause me some physical discomfort because of my long term crappy posture. I've never LIKED working out. I've never understood when people said it burned in a GOOD way, but now I get it. The first one loosened up my muscles and shoulder joints really great, then the second one popped my upper back INSTANTLY at the "superman" pose. and the last ones started to give me a burn in my upper back muscles but it was a GOOD burn. It was so relaxing I was on the verge of going to sleep and I can really feel how much tension was gone that I didn't even know I had. This was like what I thought yoga would do for me it was probably the only relaxing "workout" I've ever experienced, and I'm definitely doing this daily!
Wow! It popped my neck back into place. I have been praying about taking yoga for years, but because it has to do with a mid-eastern religion, I wasn't sure if it would be okay with God. But you are right! I can do this video until I get my answer from God on whether yoga is ok, or not ok!!! :)

I have been doing two of your shown exercises every day for several months. It is one of the few exercise things I’ve ever done where I can absolutely see and feel improvement. Thank you so much for posting this video. It has been very helpful, and it works! I will be doing these for the rest of my life, I promise you.
I love that you did the exercises with us! Typically I've just found videos from others that show you the exercises and then tell you to do them on your own; which leads to me not doing enough of them, or forgetting an exercise completely. After doing this video one time through I can already feel such a difference! I am saving this video and doing it daily! Thank you!
I watched some videos related to this topic seeking info to fix my neck and posture. I have done these exercises, and I really feel and see a change and very positive improvement on my neck. Thank you very much 👍🏻😉🙏😘
I would not have believed that first exercise could do that much good until I tried it. I also like how she give detailed instructions - like pointing out that the palms of the hand should be up, etc. Great video.
@@minaalgeria5688 I continued doing these exersizes. I now also have more strength in my back. My back is also very straight. Mind you I also did my own little exercises
I am in awe with this video, this is exactly what I need!!! Been to physical therapy for almost 4 months for 3 different reasons. Had pain in my shoulder, PT helped. Now my neck was bothering me and today was my last day of 6 weeks of therapy. Over the weekend my shoulder and neck were killing me for no reason. PT found that I have Rhomboid Muscle in my neck, shoulder blade and upper back spine so I am going to continue my physical therapy for another 6 weeks. I have always have had the hump in my neck and it bothers me. I am going to ask my therapist if I could do your smooth easy relaxing exercise once the Rhomboid heals. Thank you for this video!!!!
this really does work. i’ve been doing only the first workout everyday for the past 2 weeks and i already see a huge difference. i was at my thinnest in 2018 and i STILL had that bump and it was my biggest insecurity. i would only wear oversized things. this has helped me so much and i cannot thank you enough 🥺
i am 14 & a dancer for a kpop cover group and i'd say this really helps a lot, my only insecurity with being in videos in certain costumes was the neck hump, but after doing these exercises, i've noticed a big change. now i'm in q&a & dance videos with the rest of the group without being ashamed.
I don't have a neck hump but I have had chronic neck pain for YEARS. I did the full video yesterday and today my neck feels better than I ever remember! I could cry! Thank you!
Ive done this for a month now and I can see some improvement on my neck hump, also I notice that I dont have to remind myself to sit and stand straight it just comes naturally now, im shocked myself especially with my naturally straight posture

@@armytea2701 heya! How’s everything now? Did the hump go away, back stronger, shoulders no longer round? I’m very interested in getting the 30 day posture corrector app she has.
I started this in December and have taken 2 day brakes in Jan, after 49 days of this exercise I see a great improvement. Also being busty this exercise helped me feel like I could breath better. I greatly appreciate these not just for the hump relief but posture corrector and chest opener.
it's 20th day, first success! After 20 days practice, I feel much better, not only I could open my chest, but also reach far easily. It makes me feel confident! keep going!
Amazing exercises! Thank you so much! I bought the 30-day challenge and it's wonderful. This is literally the best program as to results for my back and posture. Also I really like the way the program is made and recorded. You are such a gorgeous instructor. It saved me a lot of money, too because I started with individual coaching and it was expensive and not very helpful. So thank you again, it's such a luck that I found your video!
I followed this video while going through intense neck pain and by the end of it the pain is completely gone. Thank you. Will continue doing these exercises.
I’ve had a fatty neck hump for a few years, but I never knew there was something I could do about it. I guess I thought it was just heredity and getting older. I will definitely try these exercises! I suspect it will improve my golf swing too.
For reasons unknown, this video was in my recommendations list. And it is EXACTLY what I need!!! I have pretty non-existent muscles between my shoulder blades, which I think helps me to slump, and which gave my bursitis in my shoulder since I lift everything with my neck area muscles. And sleeping was difficult and waking up was extremely hard for the first 1-2 hours due to the extreme stiffness, pain and spasms. I did some PT recommend exercises for a year that made a big difference, but I was sick for a month and didn't do them. Then, I suddenly started to have excruciating pain, hours of screaming, and the inability to move almost at all. I could lean back in a recliner and that's it. No laying down, not siting up, very little walking. That resulted on 2 months of steroids and muscle relaxers. I haven't slept in a bed in over 3 months. Almost all of the pain is gone, but my what little back muscles I have feel loose like an over stretched elastic, and my shoulder feels weak and loose, too. I have been to my PCP and he thought I just had a pulled muscle like the urgent care doc did, but then I told him my history and he thinks I may have bursitis in my back? I thought that was just in joints or between bones, but he said it was super rare and when he pushed on the muscles he was referring to, it hurt a LOT. I will be watching all of your videos, but are there an that you think I should concentrate on more that others? Thank you so very much for making these videos!!!!!!! This will change my life. 💙💙💙
Kimberly Cornacchio Manisha Weeraddana Who knew, right? I mean, I'm so glad it was recommended but it's still kind of a WTF moment. I wonder if RUclips will recommend something for my swollen ankles. That'd be nice, too! 😂😋💙💙💙

@@emailemail565 yeah it really helps sleeping without a pillow. I went to a doctor about my problems with the posture and he said that I should sleep without a pillow and I have been sleeping without it for months and it straitened my back so much!
Just did my first day. I can tell this is going to work based on the muscles that are sore right now I'm super happy to finally find a video that really targets that area needed to pull the head back. I will update 🙏
I almost never comment but I feel the need to say that this is genuinely the best exercise video I’ve ever seen. It’s like working out with a partner and I can already see and feel the difference after only a little while. 👌🏼
NM & Meily I did just the first excersize, I didnt get on the floor, I go so much relief from the first excersize (too lazy lol) I can hear cracking and popping in shoulders and chest and just a feeling of relief.
For exercise number 2 when stretching over the towel she should have mentioned - be careful about not arching in the lower back as the back will want to compensate and arch lower down. Engage the abdominals and tuck your tailbone under so you keep the lower back the same and don’t let it ‘absorb’ some of your stretch that you want to happen in the upper back.
I want to thank you for these exercises. I have been dealing with this for over 20 yrs in therapy and seeing doctors and no one has ever been able to tell me what the thickness was in my neck I'm sure this is going to be a game changer. thanks again. by the way i'm 58.
I had my first appointment with my chiropractor today, and she showed me this video as an example of the exercises I should be doing. I don't actually have a hump, but it's still relevant to the neck problems I've been having. Though for a bunch of simple movement exercises, it's surprising how exhausted my muscles are after it. I look forward to seeing what kind of difference it makes.☺ Another thing, during my appointment, she used this thing to massage my back and shoulders. I looked online, and it turns out to be something called a massage gun. I'm actually really tempted to buy one. My shoulder muscles are often rock-hard with tension (sometimes causing neck pain and headaches) and this looks like something that could really help me.
@@Its_My_Channel_ I actually got out of the habit of following this video :( So still the same as before. I need to get back into it! I just find it really hard to keep good habits
I have watched a number of videos now in search of a good set of exercises to solve a hump. I really like your exercises. I'm gonna try them. Thank you so much.
I realize how important these are after having my cervical spine fused! Posture and good care of the spine is crucial. I've never recovered from my surgery and have much pain. If you can prevent it, DO IT!
About a year ago i was being treated for whiplash. The physical therapist pointed out that i had a small neck hump. I asked what exercises could be done to reverse it and he said there was nothing that would help, then laughed. I don't think he intended to come across so flippant, but whatever. So GLAD i found your videos!
Also sorry for your experience. The vast majority of PTs are not like that- I'm actually really surprised that happened. Sorry :( I ask my first year students this exact question because it is such a common problem, and in the six years that I've been teaching, not a single student has failed to come up with at least one valid exercise. Hope this video is helping. Good luck.

Thank you so much! These exercises are pure gold to me! Have bad spinal damages repaired with a lot of "heavy metal in my back side" 😂😂😂 And I was not able to walk for months. Illness makes people poor. So I cannot afford a car to get to my long-time rehab. My insurance pays the rehab but I don't know how to get there. Sitting in the bus for one hour before and after is too much for me. So exercises like yours help me to get to this condition to use the bus, then back to work after rehab and maybe next year I am back where I started before my accident. I’m done with the first week of exercises. I have that stupid hump as well. I recently got double chin liposuction & I didn’t realize it would make my hump that much more noticeable. So I’m going to try these for a couple of months before I do anything drastic again. Will keep you guys posted!
The first Reach Up, Reach Back stretch felt great on the fist one, but when she picked up the pace and I tried to keep up, it immediately injured my shoulder. I'm now in pain and can't use it. So Beware to those with bad shoulders and make sure to do this one slowly and not as fast as the instuctor. When my shoulder recoups, I'm going to start these again but slower and softer to begin with.

So i didnt so any in May because i got sick and started again in June, two weeks in and its looking better than ever. Feels amazing too. Cant wait to see how good it will look next month. 😆
In most cases the cause of bad posture and the neck hump is when we look at our phone.. We don't hold the phone directly opposite our face but instead mid chest and thats why our neck hangs low and thus why the hump grows. As you do this video try to change how you hold your phone. This video was also recommended and I'm glad I found it.. I've recently noticed the neck hump in the last 3 years.. Thanks for the great vid!!

Then I started seeing results and wanted to see more faster and now I’m done and over the hump! Maintenance is required if you have a job that requires you to look Down or desk job.
It’s been a little over a month since I started these exercises. I have noticed some improvements in my upper back region and I feel like my muscles have been properly streched out. It’s much easier now to keep up a proper posture than before. I think if I keep up with this exercise routine I’ll notice some more improvements! :)

Just started doing these exercises yesterday, I felt more relaxed immediately but don't know how to keep the correct posture throughout the day. I have had severe upper back pain due to posture for years and I have found nothing has worked for me in the past. I am going to do these exercises every day and give updates on my progress. Day1: feeling good, did them before bedtime Day2: felt some muscle soreness from the exercises but felt a general upper back relaxation.
This really does work to help improve posture. I suffer from back and neck pain, but thought I had pretty good posture. I’m always thinking of bringing my shoulders down and back. The exercises open the muscles in your chest area that you don’t realize are very tight. I noticed that when I go walk my dog now, my shoulders are naturally where they should be and it feels so much better. Any young people out there please do these exercises regularly so you don’t end up with disc degeneration, pinched nerves, and headaches, requiring regular chiropractic treatments.
Just started these and have taken fotos will update after 60days my posture is so much better and my sore neck and shoulders have gone so something's working
Your voice is super relaxing. I've watched a lot of videos on this topic and working on it seriously for a few months. Going to try a couple of these out and see if they help.

I’m 70 years old, female. My chriopractor just told me it was a fatty deposit, and did not suggest I could exercise for it. I worked in an office and I think this formed because of my head tilt-foward while typeing. Thank you. Will do it and report back in a month.

You're the FIRST person that I've seen actually do the full workout with us. I get so unmotivated when I have to do it by myself. Thank you so much.
I'm 14 and have a bad posture since I was around 5 to 7 this video I have been doing for over 2 weeks and my back is so good
That's really awesome keep it up!

Anyone else sitting perfectly upright watching this. 🤣

this really does work. i’ve been doing only the first workout everyday for the past 2 weeks and i already see a huge difference. i was at my thinnest in 2018 and i STILL had that bump and it was my biggest insecurity. i would only wear oversized things. this has helped me so much and i cannot thank you enough 🥺
Keep us updated plz tell me how your partner view it I'm afraid my partner will leave me bcs of it
i am 14 & a dancer for a kpop cover group and i'd say this really helps a lot, my only insecurity with being in videos in certain costumes was the neck hump, but after doing these exercises, i've noticed a big change. now i'm in q&a & dance videos with the rest of the group without being ashamed.
how long did it take for it to go away?

I don't have a neck hump but I have had chronic neck pain for YEARS. I did the full video yesterday and today my neck feels better than I ever remember! I could cry! Thank you!
Ive done this for a month now and I can see some improvement on my neck hump, also I notice that I dont have to remind myself to sit and stand straight it just comes naturally now, im shocked myself especially with my naturally straight posture
hey any progress? :)
@@db23821 Its really small now!! I stop for a few weeks but I will continue again to get rid of the remaining humps. Thank you for reminding me! also when it gets small you can barely notice the change but its there!

it‘s a second turn, the 1st day, keep going!
And now
Amazing exercises!
It helps for sure ?
I followed this video while going through intense neck pain and by the end of it the pain is completely gone. Thank you. Will continue doing these exercises.
I’ve had a fatty neck hump for a few years, but I never knew there was something I could do about it. I guess I thought it was just heredity and getting older. I will definitely try these exercises! I suspect it will improve my golf swing too.
Been 10 months, update us on how its going so far

Same with me!
I look forward to seeing what kind of difference it makes.☺
Another thing, during my appointment, she used this thing to massage my back and shoulders. I looked online, and it turns out to be something called a massage gun. I'm actually really tempted to buy one. My shoulder muscles are often rock-hard with tension (sometimes causing neck pain and headaches) and this looks like something that could really help me.
Day 3 and I am feeling stronger already! Thank you! I will keep doing this every single day
Day 4! I get stronger every single day

So exercises like yours help me to get to this condition to use the bus, then back to work after rehab and maybe next year I am back where I started before my accident.

The first Reach Up, Reach Back stretch felt great on the fist one, but when she picked up the pace and I tried to keep up, it immediately injured my shoulder. I'm now in pain and can't use it.

Your voice is so soothing and encouraging... I love this video
did it twice n felt the opening n stretching of muscles instantly.....great exercise.
