Added this onto one of your walking workouts, thanks Jules. Balance is getting better since I started doing your workouts. I can remember at first not being able to do standing on tiptoe without flailing, I can control that now.
Thanks Jules! When I did this last night I realized it is very similar to some of the balance test routines they put us through at the ms clinic. I did it again this morning and will keep it in my routine along with the walk to lower my heart rate
Great balance exercises, Jules! I've just started incorporating balance into my daily exercise routine....because of age, and because of instability that I now have due to osteo in my knees. I was surprised with how unstable I've become on my right side; but I'm confident that these exercises will definitely improve that instability. Thank you so much!

These were so good. I always like finding new balance exercises. Despite a long layoff for a variety of reasons (sickness, babysitting), I was able to do the more challenging versions. These are also good for arthritis in my spine that has been causing numbness and tingling in my right leg...starting PT for that this week! Thanks, Jules! I'm glad I saw this new video.

Thanks for helping with a "deposit to my life investment"! Always more fun doing (my) PT exercises when we do them together. The alternating toe lifts were a kinder option than both feet at once. Hi, Jules! New subscriber, and you're my favorite fitness teacher! I've been working out for over a week with one of your older videos. It's a seated workout, using light weights for part of it. Guess what?? Last night, in the shower, I was able to stretch and reach ALL of my back for a good scrub!! My husband told me to subscribe and to stick with all your workouts, so here I am!! Thank you, for your kind, gentle and encouraging approach to fitness for older people. I'm a retired university teacher and counselor, and you're going to help me achieve my goal of staying flexible. My doctor wanted to send me to physical therapy for my balance problem and there you are just at the right time. My right leg is the culprit. Now I know what to work on. I only have balance problems when I walk my dog. The doctor recommended to hire a dog walker. I think he was joking. Thanks Jules. Yes, I am still with you all the time just too lazy to write comments.

Balance is really important I am the prouve 😊 sunday 1 sept. A way to start the month😮 I was walking in the parc , near the lac... Peaples all around,. Sunny day 🌞. I fall on my right side. I thing it is cause I wanted so bad that chair near the water, the only one free haha! So I was walking to fast. My foot maybe turn on a roots. I have no idea but its happening so fast. I am sure that my exercices helped me, my balance help to protect myself and the 44 lb in less... All that to tell you that today I was back to my workout, even yesterday. Its not fun when you fall. So I am proud for all workouts . That safe my life hahaha! 😂 Thank you again for your nice motivation messages Jules. Long stoky sorry 😅 have a good day 🤕

Yess thank goodness 😊 my husband told me yesterday that when he give me his hand to help me , he was surprise of how I was stonger than 1 year ago. I was on my feet in 1 sec. And walking . Also he saw my ability like never before. And he think that all the workout but the pounds I lost also help me . I don't have a video of what I eat but I can tell you here:) I focus on drinking lots of water throughout the day, eat lots of fruit and veggies, plain yogourt, salmon, chicken, salads, eggs and try to limit breads/pastas.
