    Yoga Upload with Maris Aylward - This video is a yoga flow class suitable for intermediate and strong beginner students who are familiar with common yoga postures and a vinyasa style practice. This short flow is great for a quick energizing yoga practice to move and stretch the entire body. You can warm up for a few minutes before you start or go right into the practice. The pace is not too fast so you have time to prepare the body.

    I really liked this as a nice quick flow. No fuss, no faff, just basic yoga poses, with clear instruction. Just what I needed when time poor.

    Great practice! I like to do a full hour sequence with you every day, but on the overbooked days where 20 minutes is all I have to devote to my practice, this sequence still provides is a beautiful, full body practice.

    Could you please kindly do a quick 10mins practice full body stretch and energies one in the morning. Some time I could get 5mins only but I still have to hop on the matt😅. It's help me a lot. Thank you x namaste

    Not my favorite vinyasa ever, but all of the basics are here, so I imagine it's equally good for someone to do as a quickie or for sort-of beginners.
