    Yoga Upload with Maris Aylward - This is a dynamic Power Vinyasa Flow yoga class. In this 30- minute yoga practice, we build strength in the entire body. We explore plank and side plank variations, different chaturangas and pushups, arm binds and twists, and many more. The class starts in mountain pose and ends in mountain pose.     2.5/5 difficulty
    i was intimidated at first but i felt so good by the end! the routine wasn’t as difficult as i expected and i was familiar with all the poses already. i’m definitely coming back to this! my only comment is i wanted more of a cool down (stretching/savasana) but since this is a quick video i totally understand. i used the 15 mins stretch for stress/anxiety video on your channel instead :)

    Was it a good idea to do that the day after dumbbell arm workout? Probably not...

    Such a great class! I live in Buenos Aires and practice on my rooftop. Today's practice came after a long weekend of eating, drinking and relaxing at the ocean. The vigorous class was a welcome change of pace! I really like your attention to wrists and your pacing -- great for someone who just wants to get straight into it!

    WOW I really enjoyed that. Thank You. Having been somewhat disconnected from the yoga flow for a while this was an absolute gem of a reintroduction.       @@rosalinamarcella6938 No, of course) To gain weight...you need weights (not necessarily super heavy though) and good nutrition). Yoga is NOT for gaining weight. It's for strength, resilence and balance/coordination.

    I love your videos I just get bothered by the repeated start-stop of the background music. I wish the music/sounds in the background were more fluid !
