Still here in October 2024 for REKINDLE. I am enjoying my (almost) daily yoga practices and I am craving them now. It used to a bit of a "chore", not quite something I had to force myself to (although every once in a while I really did have to do that and I felt so much better afterwards), and it morphed into something I NEED and WANT for myself as much as I can. My strength has increased so much, my arms and legs are toned (I even lost some fat above the knees), and I can feel my still invisible abs after core-targeting practices. Sending hugs & love to the community and, as always, so much gratitude to Adriene and her team behind the scenes for helping us stay on track no matter what life throws at us! ❤
Right?! I just did this tonight and to be honest, I prefer her more modern videos. They definitely pay more attention to the breath and take the poses a lot slower.
I was just thinking the same thing. She's still adorable, but so much more at ease... and also quite a bit more polished. Love baby Adriene as much as I do grown up Adriene. Namaste!
I remember doing this an year ago and thinking it was the hardest workout ever. Now I did it smiling and barely broke a sweat. I'm not saying it's easy I'm just amazed by my own progress.
This was a very enjoyable flow. When she said we were going to sweat I almost switched to another day because I am heading to bed but this was really just right. Daily yoga makes the difference!!
I’ve somehow ended up doing this again on the Tuesday… but it was good! My goal is to be on the mat every day, so far I’ve made it… so I’m happy! Have a great day, everyone! 🙏🏻💛
Today I thought about my grandma near the end of the session. Then I thought how different my life is than hers must have been because of my daily yoga practice. Unfolded a step further, and realized by practicing daily, self love has become a habit. Was able to let out a good cry about this truth. Thank you YWA community. Love you!

I've been playing rugby for years. My teammates make fun of me but yoga is a great compliment to my training routine. I look forward to putting on a yoga with Adrienne video in the mornings. I makes me feel so much better after practice and games. This video is particularly good for managing pain. Thanks for your hard work! You're making people happy. Pretty commendable.

I did not sleep well last night and i certainly didnt want to do my yoga this morning. Ive recently made a very difficult, but potentially soul changing, decision, and this made me forget all about it for 20 minutes ❤❤ thank you xx

Adriene, this senior yogi went through this practice, knowing I would need to go with the flow and breathe deep, as it progressed through high lunges and warrior ones. But I just missed out the chaturangas and happily peddled it out as I do. Just did this in my recovering phase from a ligament rupture and was so happy that it worked for me! And when I'm in upward dog and my endometriosis belly loves the kind stretch, I repeat in my mind "Find what feels good" and just stay there a little longer. Adriene really teaches us to be good to ourselves!
Absolutely loved this yoga practice today! REKINDLE day 22 in the bag! 2 is one of my favourite numbers, and 22 is my age, so that's funny. 😊 Thank you so much for this gorgeous, and delicious yoga practice today Adriene. I definitely needed a detox today. I hurt my ankle pretty bad yesterday, and it's still quite sore today. So it was nice to gently stretch it out today, and take some nice cleansing breaths. This was exactly what I needed as a warm up to calisthenics, weight training, and running. 🏃🏿♀️ I'm super excited to get my groove back after a week hiatus from it. When you used to more experienced Adrian but still love all her videos- so watch the videos at half speed. I sometimes watch back at my old videos and see how manic I was there is nothing like the peace and the power of growing into your authentic soul self :)
This is one of my favorite go-to videos on the entire YWA channel. It's so perfect when I feel like my energy and motivation has stagnated and/or when I feel like I am starting to lose my grip on healthy eating habits. This is such a glorious reset button for any negativity.
Adriene, thank you so much. I have been an on and off yogi for 4 years now. I am dealing with a personal, internal issue and really needed a detox. I pulled out my mat and meditated. I prefer going to classes for yoga because I can never find the right video on youtube for it. Anyway, i stumbled across yours. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, so much. I needed this, truly. I cried in the middle of it and paused it at shavasana, laid there for 10 mins or so and when I woke up to thank my body and bow out, the tears came flowing. Thank you. Her newer videos are much slower. Idk why but I prefer this so much more than taking long pauses. She should come up with yoga for beginner, intermediate and experts. Love her videos tho❤️
Adriene has plenty of videos of beginners and intermediate. She has years and years of videos with slow pace, fast pace, workout, gentle stretching and everything in between. Have a bit of a dig through her playlists, she has a specific one for beginners.
I started my day with Dedicate Day 9 and just did this Detox before dinner time. I farted the whole way, so I chose the right practice, haha ! ! (And I always chose the videos intuitively). But even more importantly; after 2 months of practicing Finding what feels Good, I felt my strength in an effortless Chaturanga and upward facing dog, opening my chest and feeling my vulnerable, beautiful heart without crying this time. Strength and vulnerability marrying one another. Thank you, Adriene. I love you.
Thank you for todays class, struggled a bit to do it a 3 days ago I had to let my beautiful dog go to sleep forever. Missed last few days yoga and thought today I could return - managed most of it xx

The twisty poses , where you put your hand over your palm , those are hard , as balancing also is. It's much more of a struggle than before . Well , your background is just Lovely . I loved this detox practice for day 15 this month, it was full of various lounge poses with Chaturanga transitions! The pace was quick but at the same time calming! Thank you Adriene❤❤

I totally agree. I skipped this one yesterday and decided to do two today; one in the morning and one in late afternoon. It feels like hours in the morning but the same amount of time went by soooo quick in the afternoon.
I don’t want to put anything negative in the comments. So I will just say that I really appreciate how much Adriens instruction has improved over the years. Also if you are new to the channel maybe starting with a video post 2016 would be a good idea.
This is still one of my favorite detox yoga sessions of all time. One time when I was really sick and stressed out, at a point where I really feared that the worst would happen, I decided to do this vid. Even though I did it before, in that moment, during all that anxiety, the calm and reassuring tone of Adriene's voice along with the scenery, background music and even the filter on the video made me feel like everything would be alright. Now I come to this video whenever I feel like I need a release. Namaste.
I've been doing yoga practices every morning with Yoga with Adriene and they're phenomenal! I can't quite put my finger on it, but something makes these videos different and better than any I've tried so I'm able to stick with it! I think a big part of that is Adriene's laid back personality, she allows you to go to where you're comfortable and feel good in that vs .feeling like you need to do everything like a professional! Thank you for all your effort in making these videos, they've transformed my days!

I don't know why I came across this particular video this morning, but it was something I do believe I needed to see. I've been hard on myself recently, really struggling with self doubt and confidence. I've talked to myself in a negative manner and I've felt incredible pain in my heart. This video has opened something up in me. A light has shone and the relief I felt brought me to tears. I'm going to begin my Yoga practice again (as I lost my way for a few years) and feel the joy and peace in my heart. I cannot Thank You enough for this video. 🧺Process Day 15🛁 My intention today: Reconnecting with myself!💕 This practice really met me with where I’m at today and I’m so appreciative of that❣️ Came to the mat with some fussiness in my outer right hip today and it’s safe to say that the pain has been dramatically reduced! I'm doing the 30 day challenge and am on day 6. After the 6th video I was like 'Hey! I want more!' So, I decided to do this one and let me tell you something! Halfway through I started having SO much fun and my yoga improved because of my mood! My face was touching my knees with my back straight and by the end I was smiling massively while rolling backward and forward massaging my spine! Thanks so much Adrienne. You have truly transformed my day in less than 20 minutes.
Almost fell back asleep in the shavasana at the end lol. Oh man, feeling like an odd week. Great flow to this one, lower back is a little....sore isn't the right word, but limited moving I guess. Anyway. Day 602 of the current run.
Totally detoxing from mold that was in my house and thankfully is no longer. I was feeling bloated and crabby. Half way through the video I had a huge smile on my face and was waving to all of the air molecules in my room. Love this one! 💕
I have gave back issues for months now, walking, standing, sitting, stretching hot baths, essential oils even muscle relaxers and nothing has done the trick... I did this routine this morning and I just realized at almost at 11pm I haven't thought about my back once today!! I'm nearly in tears from relief... Thank you Adrienne-
ENERGIZE ⚡| June 7, 2022 | I love any practice with digestion in the title because I know I'm going to get a good rinse and they're always so beneficial for me. This is a great one for building that prana. Today I was nursing a stubborn tight glute and stiff shoulder, but still managed to stay on pace, I just skipped jumping into planks and just stepped into them one foot at a time. The low lunge twist felt so good in my glute and the roll up and down the spine at the end always feels amazing on my lower back!

I didn’t like this type of yoga video when I first started doing yoga. Couldn’t follow it for anything. Now that I know the yoga moves & names, I can do this sequence with a lot more ease. Very cool. Yoga truly is a journey. ☺️
Energize June 2022, Day 7 Considered to skip this one, as I did an hour yin earlier today and I'm a bit tired and low energy. But decided to jump in when evening came, and glad I did! Not as hard as I first thought (feared), and it was good to work up a bit of sweat and heat! Lower back loved it as well!
07/06/2022..Now!😌👌🏾 this is my June Energise Favourite Day 7😌🧘🏾♀️💞, done ✅@ 6am & ✅6.30pm, 🍀🌸..,like I had a workout to cleanse & sweat, oh yes! but a calm soothing one with deep stretches, even managed good plank poses... I love it when Adriene said @17:54 "if you grab your feet, great! If you can't, who cares?" that felt awesome coming into our own...I drifted into sleep afterwards...amazing location to practice..have a wonderful evening all. Yay ~~ June 2020 and I am still doing it every day! ( I was missing one a month last year, but this year is solid!) I started Yoga with Adriene last summer, as my daughter the wonderful Izzy turned me on to my beloved A!!! Best thing I've ever done for myself. I did yoga from a book( Hittleman) 20 odd years ago, and yoga in classes with a lovely teacher in Carmel maybe 3 years after that, but there is no one who inspires me to daily dedication like Adriene! I respect you so much Adriene! 💚💞💚
After doing the 30 Days of Yoga with Adriene, I'm doing this and it just makes me think how much I need to go outside, to a park like that and do Yoga on the sunlight. Sadly that's not possible right now because of the lockdown. But now I'm sure that whenever it is that we're allowed to go out again, I'll enjoy public spaces in a different way, and I WILL have the experience of Yoga in the nature. Intention : energize to find ease while shedding toxicity
Sometimes I caught myself holding my breath in a twist pose and when I mindfully go back to my breath the movement becomes easy. I am grateful for this wisdom.

Just did this in my recovering phase from a ligament rupture and was so happy that it worked for me! And when I'm in upward dog and my endometriosis belly loves the kind stretch, I repeat in my mind "Find what feels good" and just stay there a little longer. Adriene really teaches us to be good to ourselves!
Absolutely loved this yoga practice today! REKINDLE day 22 in the bag! 2 is one of my favourite numbers, and 22 is my age, so that's funny. 😊 Thank you so much for this gorgeous, and delicious yoga practice today Adriene. I definitely needed a detox today. I hurt my ankle pretty bad yesterday, and it's still quite sore today. So it was nice to gently stretch it out today, and take some nice cleansing breaths. When you used to more experienced Adrian but still love all her videos- so watch the videos at half speed. I sometimes watch back at my old videos and see how manic I was there is nothing like the peace and the power of growing into your authentic soul self :)
This is one of my favorite go-to videos on the entire YWA channel. It's so perfect when I feel like my energy and motivation has stagnated and/or when I feel like I am starting to lose my grip on healthy eating habits. This is such a glorious reset button for any negativity.
Adriene, thank you so much. I have been an on and off yogi for 4 years now. I am dealing with a personal, internal issue and really needed a detox. I pulled out my mat and meditated. I prefer going to classes for yoga because I can never find the right video on youtube for it. Anyway, i stumbled across yours. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you, so much. I needed this, truly. I cried in the middle of it and paused it at shavasana, laid there for 10 mins or so and when I woke up to thank my body and bow out, the tears came flowing. Thank you. Her newer videos are much slower. Idk why but I prefer this so much more than taking long pauses. She should come up with yoga for beginner, intermediate and experts. Love her videos tho❤️

Adriene has plenty of videos of beginners and intermediate. She has years and years of videos with slow pace, fast pace, workout, gentle stretching and everything in between. Have a bit of a dig through her playlists, she has a specific one for beginners.

Rejoining after being out of internet area for a week. Still nursing a sore back, so taking it steady. It was a sweaty one for me!
I started my day with Dedicate Day 9 and just did this Detox before dinner time. I farted the whole way, so I chose the right practice, haha ! ! (And I always chose the videos intuitively).
But even more importantly; after 2 months of practicing Finding what feels Good, I felt my strength in an effortless Chaturanga and upward facing dog, opening my chest and feeling my vulnerable, beautiful heart without crying this time. Strength and vulnerability marrying one another.

Good morning, hope you're well .I've done this practice before. It's just been a while. And I wasn't sick with cirrhosis of the liver like I am now , so it was easier . The twisty poses , where you put your hand over your palm , those are hard , as balancing also is. It's much more of a struggle than before .

I loved this detox practice for day 15 this month, it was full of various lounge poses with Chaturanga transitions! The pace was quick but at the same time calming! Thank you Adriene❤❤

I totally agree. I skipped this one yesterday and decided to do two today; one in the morning and one in late afternoon. It feels like hours in the morning but the same amount of time went by soooo quick in the afternoon.
I don’t want to put anything negative in the comments. So I will just say that I really appreciate how much Adriens instruction has improved over the years. Also if you are new to the channel maybe starting with a video post 2016 would be a good idea.

Somehow this practice slipped my playlists the last 2 years- what a great one!
This is still one of my favorite detox yoga sessions of all time. One time when I was really sick and stressed out, at a point where I really feared that the worst would happen, I decided to do this vid. Even though I did it before, in that moment, during all that anxiety, the calm and reassuring tone of Adriene's voice along with the scenery, background music and even the filter on the video made me feel like everything would be alright. Now I come to this video whenever I feel like I need a release. Namaste.
I've been doing yoga practices every morning with Yoga with Adriene and they're phenomenal! I can't quite put my finger on it, but something makes these videos different and better than any I've tried so I'm able to stick with it! I think a big part of that is Adriene's laid back personality, she allows you to go to where you're comfortable and feel good in that vs .feeling like you need to do everything like a professional! Thank you for all your effort in making these videos, they've transformed my days!

I don't know why I came across this particular video this morning, but it was something I do believe I needed to see. I've been hard on myself recently, really struggling with self doubt and confidence. I've talked to myself in a negative manner and I've felt incredible pain in my heart. This video has opened something up in me. A light has shone and the relief I felt brought me to tears. I'm going to begin my Yoga practice again (as I lost my way for a few years) and feel the joy and peace in my heart. I cannot Thank You enough for this video. My intention today: Reconnecting with myself!💕 This practice really met me with where I’m at today and I’m so appreciative of that❣️ Came to the mat with some fussiness in my outer right hip today and it’s safe to say that the pain has been dramatically reduced! Did I mention that I did today’s practice with 383 yogis all across the globe?! It was truly amazing! Sending love and light as always❤️💫 Namaste🙏
I'm doing the 30 day challenge and am on day 6. After the 6th video I was like 'Hey! I want more!' So, I decided to do this one and let me tell you something! Halfway through I started having SO much fun and my yoga improved because of my mood!
My face was touching my knees with my back straight and by the end I was smiling massively while rolling backward and forward massaging my spine!

Totally detoxing from mold that was in my house and thankfully is no longer. I was feeling bloated and crabby. Half way through the video I had a huge smile on my face and was waving to all of the air molecules in my room. Love this one! 💕
I have gave back issues for months now, walking, standing, sitting, stretching hot baths, essential oils even muscle relaxers and nothing has done the trick... I did this routine this morning and I just realized at almost at 11pm I haven't thought about my back once today!! I'm nearly in tears from relief... Thank you Adrienne-

ENERGIZE ⚡| June 7, 2022 | I love any practice with digestion in the title because I know I'm going to get a good rinse and they're always so beneficial for me. This is a great one for building that prana. Today I was nursing a stubborn tight glute and stiff shoulder, but still managed to stay on pace, I just skipped jumping into planks and just stepped into them one foot at a time. The low lunge twist felt so good in my glute and the roll up and down the spine at the end always feels amazing on my lower back!

I didn’t like this type of yoga video when I first started doing yoga. Couldn’t follow it for anything. Now that I know the yoga moves & names, I can do this sequence with a lot more ease. Very cool. Yoga truly is a journey. ☺️

Considered to skip this one, as I did an hour yin earlier today and I'm a bit tired and low energy. But decided to jump in when evening came, and glad I did! Not as hard as I first thought (feared), and it was good to work up a bit of sweat and heat! Lower back loved it as well!

I love it when Adriene said @17:54 "if you grab your feet, great! If you can't, who cares?" that felt awesome coming into our own...I drifted into sleep afterwards...amazing location to practice..have a wonderful evening all. Thank you so much Adriene🧘🏾♀️😌💝😘

Yay ~~ June 2020 and I am still doing it every day! ( I was missing one a month last year, but this year is solid!) I started Yoga with Adriene last summer, as my daughter the wonderful Izzy turned me on to my beloved A!!! Best thing I've ever done for myself. I did yoga from a book( Hittleman) 20 odd years ago, and yoga in classes with a lovely teacher in Carmel maybe 3 years after that, but there is no one who inspires me to daily dedication like Adriene! I respect you so much Adriene! 💚💞💚

After doing the 30 Days of Yoga with Adriene, I'm doing this and it just makes me think how much I need to go outside, to a park like that and do Yoga on the sunlight. Sadly that's not possible right now because of the lockdown. But now I'm sure that whenever it is that we're allowed to go out again, I'll enjoy public spaces in a different way, and I WILL have the experience of Yoga in the nature.
