Is Karl Franz Any Good in Patch 5.0? - Empire Legendary Lord Unit Focus

I wanted to do Karl justice. Building upon my previous video, I'm going into Franz, Prince and Emperor, in his Empire of Man leadership role in Thrones of Decay, with a discussion of his revised faction and lord effects, personal skill line changes, introduction of PERFECT VIGOR, and the Imperial Machinations/ Imperial Decrees for surviving to Rank 16/ Deathclaw and carving out your realm from the half-ruined Empire besieged by Chaos, Vampires and Grom. And Grom's big enough to count as an entire entry here. Oh yeah, bring ranged gunfire against Festus IMHO. Nurgle army effects depend on poisoning you anyway, and that takes reaching out and touching someone!
