❤❤❤❤❤❤ I soak my liver in a bowl of milk and 24 hours and then I flour it and it comes out fabulous better than the filet mignon❤

Wow, your command of the English Language is Spectacular which was "Clear & Concise" and your talent for preparing this "Liver & Onion with the Mouth Watering Gravy". Boy am I hungry for some "Liver, Onions and with some of your Gravy. Thank you for the "Tutorial".

I like your method of seasoning the meat, not the flour. Seems to me it is easier to judge the amount of seasoning doing it this way.

Your video on cooking live and onions looks more comprehensible than most of the videos on liver & onions that I have seen.

I've never heard about cooking liver in the oven. I'm going to look it up and see if I see a RUclips video on it. Interesting.

i ate liver and onions when I had to increase my blood iron levels. I eat mostly seafood now. The only thing I would suggest is to try not to reuse cooking oil unless you have no choice. Old fried grease is never good for your arteries among other things. TRUST ME!!!

Beef broth will work if you don't have that paste you used
