Make sure it’s not actually low copper. Copper is needed to mobilize iron, so without sufficient copper, iron is just stored in the liver with nowhere to go!

    • @notthefather3919

Beef liver is a fast way to get your iron up. And it is a good source of copper.

I want to try my hands at this because my mom likes it and my boyfriend does too,and my mom suffer from low blood and liver supposedly helps with this.

I too call it the W sauce 😂. Love it. I've always been intimidated to try liver, much less prepare it myself, but I will definitely be trying this method tonight. Thanks for the straight forward video!

It looks great dude. I'm thinking I could eat that liver like steak, no gravy, just two minutes each side, throw back the onions and plate it...pink and juicy. Caveman style!

    Mama always said:
Never cut towards yourself, always cut away. I didn't think those scissors would cut me while fixing a Darth Vader toy, but they did.

Nice job on the video. I don't know if I enjoyed your technique more or your splendid enthusiasm when eating it? Will cook some tonight your way, and thank you.
