  • This 20 minute Pilates yoga workout class for everyone is the perfect way to tone, strengthen, and sculpt the body from the inside out. An online yoga workout practice that will allow you to strengthen the body and increase flexibility from the comfort of your own home. This yoga class is a combination of pilates exercises for weight loss, toning exercises for strength and muscle definition, and the flow and movement of a yoga class which will stimulate the metabolism and wake up your entire body from the inside out.       Thank you so much for all these videos. I've been following your training for over a year and it has changed my life. However I have knee issues and cannot apply pressure or weight on them. Could you do some hard workout pilates videos with less exercise where we need to be on our knees? Thank you 🤗

      I'm so curious; what do you use underneath your yogamat? I've been strolling the internet but can't find anything that looks the same. I have a lot of wrist pain when doing yoga outside, so this would be an amazing solution!

    You literally made me sweat in this freezing winter.. I've no words to thank you enough for this super amazing workout.. it seemed so difficult but in the end my body was convinced that it has no choice so it eventually gave in for the practice.. am really really glad for having completed this though I had other thoughts coming in while doing.. all my love and gratitude your way and please upload more of such full body workouts.     If you're planning to do this class and you see this comment before you start, you should spend at least ten minutes BEFORE pressing play to warm up your hamstrings with stretches and strengthening. This video jumps right into heavy hamstring work, so be safe.

    Am Soo glad that I finally got here. started doing yoga during quarantine period. Never Had i done yoga before in my life and it's not common in the part of the world that I live. Just want to say thank you for making me find something that has defined who i am after soo many years of trying to find my self

I now have my little grandkids seeing me doing this and they practice with me. I couldn't be happier. they are so naturally flexible!     I love this one! I am 48 and have been following your youtube channel for three years. I love when I can keep up with you! I struggled at first with the roll back up to chair, but I got the hang of it on the third try. Yay me! At some point I hope to work my way up to doing your more advanced videos.     I am do I th the 7 day challenge but I am also do I g it among with my normal workout routine with fitness blender. That includes a mix of hiit/cardio, strength and pilates. I find myself modifying half or most of the routines in these due to soreness and cramping in muscles (my butt). I am only able to do one of these videos a day. My goal is to see increased flexability in my shoulders and core strength for scoliosis. With three years of yoga I barely made a noticeable improvement in my shoulders. I need to set an intention deep inside my. Not just a hope. Here it goes. These are tiring videos but I find myself coming back trying again. Thank you so much.

    Whoaw! I've been regularly working out for 1 month already but this is definitely new from all the exercises i've done. Totally challenging and i'm losing my balance every time. This definitely takes practice to master. A 20 minute workout that had me sweat like 1 hour. AMAZING!! Greetings from the Philippines!! Been following your videos for years!! Loved this.

    Just tried this one out and think I’ll be adding this to my morning routine! Love the upbeat music too.
    But my goodness, what a struggle with that last exercise with the legs raised off the ground... and then you say ‘...and pulse it” 😂😂
