I really enjoy a bit more complicated exercises where you need to use your brain. For me it is much more fun! So you can wake up not only your muscles but also your intelligence! 😎 And I love the stretches at the end. Great workout, I really liked it! Thank you Jacinta! 💛
Great workout! Just a suggestion, if you could please count down the reps on each segment (specifically the unilateral sides) that would be great! Want to make sure I’m doing the same amount of reps as you on both legs/obliques/triceps. Thank you!❤
Loved this workout Jacinta. This one is definitely going to be repeated 😊. As you know I love your core workouts and this definitely fired them up. The balance element was as always a challenge - which is good no challenge no progression. And my favourite word appeared "smoosh" 😅.
