I finally got to this video on my leg day, and honestly I was missing more thigh exercises, but I still find this workout very nice and flowy, slow and low impact, but still effective. Thank you! 🙌☺
Thank you for this great workout! What weight would you recommend for the ankle weights? I started with 4 lbs but then had to change to 2 lbs because I felt that there was too much strain on my lower back.
Thank You for this workout, Jacinta. But for me it‘s too hard. May be we see us again in 1 year. When I‘m stronger 🏋️♀️… After years I started again with some Sports. I‘m 61 , it takes time…😊

Brilliant Jacinta. Great class 2kg weights each leg definitely put the aductors under load. Loved use of the core muscles very subtle but effective. 😊
