I've lately gotten into pilates and found that it is the perfect form of working out for me. As a horseback rider with a fucked up back and knees pilates does the trick! Loving these videos

Hi Beth, I've been coming back to this class for 2 years now :-) it's gone from near impossible in many instances to super athletic with moments of bliss (and horror, still, with that foot on the ball 😬). I just love it. And definitely need a shower afterwards 😜

I love ball workouts in pilates. I enjoyed your class. Thank you. I would have appreciated more repetitions and fewer exercises. Perhaps there is a reason to change positions often other than to avoid boredom but I feel I activate the muscles more when I do more repetitions.
This was really great! The kind of pilates I love and really benefit from - using props. Make your next class using a ball a little longer and throw in some arm weights for good measure. Great class though!
Ha! I was going well and watching that little red line crawl across the bottom of the screen ... thought I was home and hosed .... then you said ‘we’re going to squeeze in one more exercise!’. Aaaarrrggghhhh!. But I made it, me and the ball intact. 💪🏻
Hi Beth great workout really love using the small ball Was wondering if the ball should be slightly under inflated as my ball does not seem to flatten as much as yours I know it could be because you have more strength I am not able to hold the ball behind my knee as I have a knee replacement and my leg does not bend back that far but I still do the exercise I have been trying to work on this any suggestions I attend a reformer Pilates class twice a week for over a year and do your classes and cardio on the other 5 days Thank you

The ball can be inflated more and always do what's best for you

Another great class! Rolling up with feet pressed against the ball was very challenging. Is that because of right lower back or weak abs?
It can be due to a variety of factors, even if it’s just because it’s a new exercise.
