- Join me on the mat for a 25 minute at home Small Ball Pilates Workout. Using a small ball during a Pilates class, you’ll work the muscles a little deeper making this an effective total body workout.

Great class don’t use the ball at my Pilates reformer class as much as we used to due to equipment sanitizing but I’m just thankful I still can attend a class twice a week wearing a mask Thank You Beth
There have been a lot of changes with what can be done during an in-person class. These classes can really compliment that.

I was ignoring this class because I couldnt find my ball but yesterday I did and today I really enjoyed this whole class. It helped me to keep my joints/limbs aligned better and found more balance and better posture
Great job! That's the beautiful of adding equipment.
I'd done this class before but couldn't remember having done it at all. Think I must have struggled with it and blocked it out but was able to do it today and I really loved it. Just perfect amount of challenge for me today. Thanks Beth. Have a great day

We love your videos and your clear instructions! We used to not get off the couch at night (once the couch gets you, it's difficult to get back off :) ) but we started doing your videos in the evening because they make us feel energized and worked out ( "Welcoming the day once again!" )

Hi-which class will work the best to tighten up my pecs - (it’s bikini season) with gyms closed - this area of my body needs some extra attention?
