Welcome, Polly! There is a whole world of low-impact exercises in Pilates. The exercises that require you to support your weight on your wrist can normally be modified. You can try doing them on your forearm or laying down with your arm out straight under your head. I hope your wrist heals up shortly as free weights and Pilates complement each other nicely.

Thank you for watching! Currently with shoot with two normal iPhone 11s and we edit in premiere pro. The most important thing is to get your sound and lighting right. For the sound, we use Rode Wireless GO www.rode.com/wirelessgo . I personally think they are great and now they have a Wireless GO II We are looking at upgrading our cameras. The two options are Sony a6600 and Sony A7C. Both these selections are mainly because the cameras are good and we can shoot high resolution for 1 hour without stopping. As a travel YTer there may be a better camera for you, but I recommend giving the Sony camera's a look.

I already learned so much about these exercises by the way you explain how to move! ❤ During this workout my boyfriend came into the room and said ‘watch out you don’t explode’ and I thought he meant the ball, but no, he meant me! 😂 I was looking like an overripe tomato apparently 😂
How do you roll up (the seated version) using your arms? My legs keep kicking out, i dont seem to have enough flexibility in my back to curl up in such a tight pisition. Any hints how i can work on this thankyou😊
