Pilates Mini Ball Workout // Feel Good Toning for Abs, Butt & Legs

  • This feel good Pilates workout is challenging but achievable and is appropriate for everyone including seniors and beginners. Using a small ball (also known as a bender ball) we will strengthen and lengthen the body in this mat workout. Exercises using the Pilates mini ball will focus on the abdominals, glutes and legs. We will finish with some stretches for flexibility.

    Holy smokes! CoreVember keeping me at it!! My core is not sure if it's happy to be noticed or angry that it had to wake up!😂😂 On the positive side, those leg check marks, clam shells, and stretches were very attainable for me! All that hard work in October paying off!! It's so encouraging!! This is a TERRIFIC video!!

    Haven't done this one for a bit-- still challenging, but I DID IT!!! ALL OF IT-- even the "extra challenge" part. And, only cursed at those bird dogs at the end! I can't believe I can do this! Strong for spring!!!

    Thank you Lauren. The exercise targeting the lower abs while leaning on elbows...would laying flat on back be a good modification? Never realized how much weaker I am in that area! This workout does keep us honest, like you said!

      Yes Marla, if you lay flat just make sure your back is supported to keep your abs engaged. Keep working at it, it will get easier as you get stronger 💪🏻

    Love the resistance workouts! My problem is doing this with a ball obsessed German Shepherd. Worked on her self-control until the ball between the ankles, pause time for her to go outside.

      Mini ball is my #1 for sure! followed by resistance bands (any shape or size)
