    I really enjoyed this one and it was absolutely do-able with a block instead of ball. Thanks so much Nicole! I have such an appreciation for Pilates thanks to you.
    I'm sharing this idea for all the people that love Nicole's classes.

    I love the side lying for inner thighs. Can you do another full side lying mat for inner thighs? You have ine and I love it.

    I really like small ball core work - but I felt the lying work more in my hip flexors than my core.
