    This workout was crazy good! Working with a stability ball changes everything… and I love how you “distract” us using the ball👍
    Again…. Appreciate the occasional modifications! Love the variety of workouts available💪

      Yeah I agree, many of the Pilates videos are the same but your moves offer something different... Great work!

    Hey dez just finished matt session
    I was shaking!! And the core / obliques were on fire like crazy!!
    Love these I need to do more matt
    I do alot of reformer through the week bit these matt sessions sometimes feel harder😂!

    Hey, i really like thus workout. Thank you so much for sharing this. Maybe you can play a background music (a quiet one) the next time. But thanks for spreaking while doing this. You can also maybe do this workout and put you clear voice over the video. Somethimes you voice is broken, but it is is how it is while doing sport. ^^
