This workout was crazy good! Working with a stability ball changes everything… and I love how you “distract” us using the ball👍 Again…. Appreciate the occasional modifications! Love the variety of workouts available💪
Hey dez just finished matt session I was shaking!! And the core / obliques were on fire like crazy!! Love these I need to do more matt I do alot of reformer through the week bit these matt sessions sometimes feel harder😂! Thank you Dez!
