  • Welcome to this 20-minute full body workout with a ball! In this workout, we'll be doing a standing Pilates routine that will engage your core, strengthen your legs, and tone your arms. All you need is a small ball or a cushion.
We'll start with a quick warm-up to get your body ready for the workout. Then, we'll move on to a series of exercises that will challenge your balance and stability. You'll be using the ball to add resistance and increase the intensity of the moves.
Throughout the workout, I'll be providing modifications and options so you can adjust the workout to your fitness level. And as always, make sure to listen to your body and take breaks as needed.
By the end of this 20-minute standing Pilates workout, you'll feel energized, strong, and ready to take on the day. Let's get started!

Should the leg we are stepping on be bent at the knee or can it be extended?

Hey Valaray, thanks for your comment!🥰 I'm not sure which exercise you mean exactly, could you perhaps describe it in more detail? But basically, it's never a good idea to hyperstretch your joints! It's always better to bend the joints slightly, to relieve the joint and activate the muscles around it. I hope this was helpful 🫶
