    A lot of youtubers say "full body workout" but only target the abs and butt. I'm so happy that this workout REALLY includes all muscle groups! Even though you said it's focused on the core, I still felt my glutes, arms, and a little bit of the chest and back muscles burning. Your workouts are amazing as always! 💕

    This was hard. Instead of being discouraged and angry with myself I thought of what I need to improve on to be stronger. Great challenge for me.

    The one leg balancing was a tough one. I kept trying to open my arms even if I kept toppling over. Need to practice that one for sure. 😅 Thank you! ❤
