A lot of youtubers say "full body workout" but only target the abs and butt. I'm so happy that this workout REALLY includes all muscle groups! Even though you said it's focused on the core, I still felt my glutes, arms, and a little bit of the chest and back muscles burning. Your workouts are amazing as always! 💕
