    Another killer workout! Keep the posture routines coming! Maybe some bands or slides (or towel slides). You know all we do is sit a desk all day!!

    I turned 28 last week and now all of a sudden my back is hurting! 🤣 This one is soooooo good really loosened me up. More of these workouts please!

    l have scoliosis so its difficult for me to work out my back area so this was challenging for me ! felt the sweat 💦

    Thank you for the workout! I carry your message to "zip up the belly" into my other workouts and throughout the day. I find it hard to do, in part because I'm a beginner, but also I think from having two pregnancies. If you ever did a video about getting back in shape, especially abs and lower back, after having babies, that would be fabulous.

    I've seen improvement in my posture with calesthenics (using gym rings) and rope flow. I'm going to give this a try as well.
