Loved this workout!!! I have tried many different Pilates classes and I will say you are my favorite instructor! I have been doing one of your videos every morning for the past week. I love the modifications that you give, the verbal cues,the overall routine and your teaching style. You are the first one to make Pilates fun for me. Im getting stronger through your routines. Exercises that were hard to do a few days ago are easier for me to do now. Plus I’ve lost a few pounds as well. Thank you so much. Love it! You’re the best!

Wow, wow, wow, wow! loved every move this was challenging from the first move till the last, you slay me when your laugh at how ridiculously challenging a move is, I laugh along with you coz I am dripping like crazy, holding on to dear life, the breathing reminders help a lot, I'll be looking at you like - girl are you serious - then move right along coz you don't waste any time. The planks with the sliders were awesome I felt my whole body turn on. Thanks a million. We love you Raven. Keep up the the strong work. 😅😘❤

I feel like we shouldn’t be taking advice from any and everyone because Raven is clearly dealing with her own fluctuating weight loss issues and clearly is not the one to tell us advice on getting a small waist. I say this in the most respectful way that you can possibly say this. We should start vetting the people who give us work out advice because they will give you advice openly but struggle behind closed doors themselves. How can you give advice and the instructor can’t even achieve it themselves?

I’ve been doing Raven’s videos for the last 4 months and when I tell you not only has my body become so much stronger & toned (including a more defined waist/core), my confidence has skyrocketed. I never started her videos to lose weight and she has never ever mentioned once that her videos will help you lose weight either, so there’s no bamboozling going on here lol. All bodies are dynamic, not static. Extremely knowledgeable, hilarious, and wonderful instructors like Raven aren’t robots and static, either. I really encourage you to try out one of her workouts (and not just take the title so literally lol) and I promise you’ll have fun! But if weight loss is what you’re looking for, there’s a lot of other wonderful people on RUclips who you might connect with more. Find your person, you know? But Raven, she’s good people 💕 And I say this with a lot of respect, too!

Raven isn’t giving advice - she is doing a workout and posting it online for people to follow if they so choose. If thats not you - bye! As someone who professionally supports women with mental health and body image, I want you to know that commenting on a woman’s body is so disrespectful and harmful, and the idea that you cant have a body that fluctuates and still be healthy or in shape is a myth. I suggest you do some research into HAES and general BMI myths, before projecting your insecurities at someone online and making comments that are so harmful to the women that may read it.

Raven is a professional unlike 99.9% of the fitfluencers selling diet teas, scams and shit, but because she doesn't alter her body through filters she's suddenly unreliable.
