    As always Jacinta your core pilates workouts are on point. I added this to your 12 minute quick full body strength and alignment workout, for me they complemented each other. It's definitely a combination of workouts I will be repeating. 👍 😊

    Hello Jacinta, I was told to go to the gym to train the muscles around my knees, but do not have the time for it. Is it possible to do the same with pilates (maybe with a pilates bar?)

      You can train the knee joints wonderfully in Pilates. I would do mat Pilates over Pilates bar for this specifically.
