    thank you for your amazing workouts my body is so sore, I am building strength after recovering from a vaccine injury past three years. I am at least strong enough now to take on more intense workouts. I look forward to becoming fitter, stronger and build muscle.

    that was a very manageable targeted quick workout🙌!! easily replaced with dumbells too 👍

    I shall skip this one as not got a bar though could improvise with resistance bands! Like the overhead triceps move👍 you are certainly keeping us busy this week Jacinta 😀
