I am so glad that I found this series. I recently gave up studio reformer classes to save money and have had no idea what to do with my brand new pilates bar. On day 3, I have already learned so much! Not to mention that I am sweary and sore... thank you!
Day 3 was rough since it was raining and my knee was acting up I had to take a short cut with the squats! Still going strong though! Can’t wait for tomorrow
Ive tried other videos but I keep coming back to these workouts. I’m a beginner to a Pilates bar but your workouts are achievable. I still feel sore but it makes me come back for more ❤
Literally love this! Can you do a full mimic Pilates workout with a bar and include weights and/or foam roller session classes? Maybe you can do cardio and sculpt class, glutes class, and core class. That would be awesome! Ik all the girlies will love this :)

@@jennifermary2350 Good idea to have some padding. I've been looking on Amazon for a bar. There are quite a few all different price ranges. And now I need to replace my light band as well. I hope you're enjoying this series.
@@FlossontheMill yes I am thanks. Did you see Jacinta’s link to various makes of Pilates Bars? Seems about £20 for a reasonable one?! My long resistance bands are Beenax -doing well so far fingers crossed as I’ve tied them to my makeshift bar and more ties for foot holds🙄😊

@PostureTonic you should do a 7 day challenge!!! I absolutely love your videos. I modify where I need to. You're very personable and not too geeked on pre-workout like some of the other lovely people.
Hello lovely. It shouldn’t be bad pain! If that’s the case is kids recommend beginning on the mat just using body weight. Try that safely and let me know how you get on.
I love this series!!! could you also do like a monthly pilates bar challenge plus 10 minutes of stretching?

You can try all the Pilates bar workouts to mix it up. Make sure to give your body a day or 2 rest a week for best result

This was a challenge for me due to my equipment. But I enjoyed it with quite a few modifications. 😊 Liked the leg work especially. 😊
