    I used to be really into fitness and sports. Trauma and depression hit hard and I stopped consistently exercising for like 3 yrs. This has helped me immensely with getting back into fitness. By watching your videos, I have become more compassionate with my body and have a much better relationship with fitness and myself. Thank you for everything you do!

    I loved the roll-up, but the bridge mixed with the tabletop and taps almost had me lol I really enjoyed this workout thank you ❤

    Hello Welly,
    Many years ago I was a dancer at American Ballet Theatre and you remind me of my ballet master, Leon Danielian.
    I studied ballet and was introduced to Pilates long before it became popular. Now, after a long illness, I am re-setting my body. The class was excellent - thank you. 🙏

    2 weeks into the 20 minute beginner classes and I’ve built up the confidence and strength for a new challenge. boy boy boy this kicked my ass lmao BUT! it’s the challenge I was looking for. so this will be my new guide for the next 2 weeks or however long until my body adjusts. will check back in at summer’s end 🫡

    You're AMAZING! I'm so happy i finally found someone who does routines that don't make me change 15 positions in 5 minutes. Everything is controlled and challenging and I absolutely loved it! I'm not a beginner but I took quite a long break and my form has suffered but this was just the right workout: challenging but still doable! I managed to finish it without taking too many extra breaks :)

    This is my fifth day of doing various workouts for beginners from you and I already feel stronger and more flexible. As a mother of a two year old toddler who still breastfeeds, these workouts are manageable while challenging as well. Thanks so much - you are doing a great work!

    Isa's beginner classes don't get my neck all bunched up, like some other pilates classes do. She is so light and fun that you may not notice that she is also an absolute expert who has designed these classes to really work your body without leaving you in pain. Thank you Isa!

    For the bridge toe taps I find it a lot easier to go go back and forth instead of doing one leg at a time until you build your balance and strength up

    Please help! I have a sedentary lifestyle and just decided to learn pilates. I’m 1.7m, 58kg. Is it normal that I can’t hold the positions and I’m only at the first 10 Mins?

      Start moving your body everyday.... 20min walk a day, maybe a little fun dance in your room, shake your arms, shake your body, jump...move...then also exercise...it will get easier. But you gotta be consistent and move your body, stay active. Pilates is challenging for EVERYBODY but it's a great practice that will support your body for the years to come x
