I absolutely loved "if you don't have the strength today" becuase strength and ability does change day to day based on so many factors so its really good to give yourself grace and only do what you actually have the strength for today
I've only been practicing twice a week for about a month now, and already can feel increased strength and stamina in my other workouts. Thanks again for a great class!
That was intense as a beginner. As you say, the moves are very minimalistic but just having to remember all the minut details of tying your muscles is taxing. A practice that leaves you tired and relaxed 😌
I love this class with a student because the corrections Isa makes generally apply to me too
this has been perfect for my "time of month' days. it's not too much but just the right amount of everything to still feel a burn!🙌🏾
