This is actually a beginners Pilates workout. I feel like all the other channels I’ve tried for beginners is just not beginners and I get frustrated. I swear you just have a very calming voice and vibe, and your Pilates workouts and so relaxing but challenging in a good way. I always let your videos play on my tv even when I’m not working out to support your channel 😂

Thank you so much for coaching the breathing! I’m getting back into pilates after many years (and 6 c-sections) and quite a few pilates coaches on RUclips don’t do the breathing. It’s not bad or anything but the breathing helps with the movement and it’s so calming. I’m really glad I found this page. Thank you!

I have literally put on over 10lb of muscle on my hamstrings and glutes since I started doing your workouts in November. Even though I've been working out for decades, I had no hamstrings to speak of because my lower back was always out of alignment! I had been doing bridges forever but as soon as I started doing them with the proper alignment, I would cramp up every time. Still do in some exercises but so much progress! So grateful to you and your channel.

Wow that was challenging. Lovely. I will repeat and repeat to build. My hardest movement was trying to come up and stretch when lleg extended behind and kneeling. I was so wobbly.

When I first started these classes, my hip would pop everytime I did the circles...it finally didn't this time! Feeling stronger 😊
This was a fun beginners class. I’m new to ur channel and Pilates! It would be great to have a 30 days of Pilates which gradually increases and works diff muscle groups .
Now this was a challenge for me!! Especially those knee circles because I felt my body wanting to lean to one side for support, which only made my wrist hurt. But I definitely loved this class and can't wait to keep getting better. Thank you so much!!

Please I'm begging you fix your mic and audio. Great instructor, great class, but if impossible to decipher what your saying. All I can hear is you sucking breath and in audible instructions, the echo isn't helping either
