Question! Are we supposed to be able to imprint while laying flat on our back while the legs are straight out?

I feel it in my flexors more than my core. Is this normal? I have an arch and sometimes it’s hard to have flat back

Hi Issa… how do you recommend loosening the hips? Your workouts are tremendously effective, but my hips ache so easily.
Stretch them out throughout the day - Stand up as often as possible - Strengthen your core and glutes
Trying to figure out what accent that is.
