Thanks for the heads-up on this. I also have lower back problems and it's always a blessing to find out something like this before further hurting myself due to the uncertainty of the exercise.
I take screenshot of the key points, and also Share it to myself via email, then file it under exercise….. then I always have access to it, but then I forget and never do them! 😂 But they’re all there, for when I get serious. This one would be a good one to do daily, so it becomes a habit, then at another exercise to it.

My fitness routine is now every those moves he ever shown to do daily. Worth it and easier than actually fitness plans. Some i do bed when wake up & before sleep. Then i might do when cooking or cleaning even when watch tv. Some of moves its easy to slip into day and voila now you have exercise routine without stressing it when have time to do it ❤
This has gotta be the easier exercise for stomach ive seen so far,,, i can definintely do this, relieved i dont have to get on my back as i cant get up!! It starts tonight! Thks doc.

Be very very extremely careful if you have a bad back at all. You must have a tight strong core to achieve this exercise properly, is a great exercise but you really need to know what you're doing.

Strengthen your abs at the gym on the seated an machine. Leg raises with bicycle peddling motion.
It can be your hip flexor thight. Do stretch yr hip flexor muscles, Right n left. Take care
