- These 45 second exercises that I will present are the best exercises you can do for your abdominal region. The transverse abdominis muscle is what holds and supports the lower back and pelvic structures. These muscles must be strong to help support the surrounding organs and other core muscles.
These muscles support breathing by helping to pull the abdomen inward, and in that way force air out of the lungs to make room for a new breath of fresh air. These muscles also raise the intra-abdominal pressure which is necessary for functions like urination, defection (having a bowel movement), vomiting, and vaginal childbirth.

Doing exercises like that will get you muscles on your stomach but it won't flatten the fat you have in your stomach. So what are we talking about here, having a fat belly with a 6 pack?!
Obviously with a good diet and exercise. Obviously you don't watch his video's often..

Hi recently I had an issue with opening my mouth . It hurts in both side of my ear. I did the exercise that you showed ad my rich side is perfect However my left side is still an issue . When I massage the left side it is okay if I hold my left side of my cheek and open and close my mouth widely, I can’t feel the crackling noise in my ears . Can you please help me fix this . Went to the doctor and he said I am grinding my teeth and I need to see the dentist to get something shoved in my mouth at night : people who has done this said it does not work. My staff told me about you and I am getting results . Please help me fix the left side doc. I recommend you to everyone .

It's hard for me to do these exercises I have two herniations in my back it's better I lay down on the floor and do some ab work but not seated this puts a strain on my lower back
