I looooove how you said we're not punishing our bodies but nourishing from the inside out. Such a powerful reframe for being healthy. Pilates is such a chill but also challenging exercise. At first u may find the moves seem “simple and easy” wondering if u are doing it right. Then get hit by body pains the next day lol but in a good way. Thank u for this. Ur so lovely. Thanks to u i have made up my mind to focus more on pilates as my go to work out for strengthening!
I have been doing yoga for a year but I have a week back and over active muscles in my neck and shoulders so I often get pain from doing bare minimum. I needed to start working out and pilates is awesome! It’s going a bit fast from changing positions and I get a little behind but other than that I love it ! 😊 😅

I've just started following your beginner pilates videos 4 days ago. Even though I'm used to doing weighted exercises at the gym, this is so hard! But I'm enjoying this so much, it's already helping me to feel less sciatica pain. I love the energy you bring to these classes. Thanks for putting out this content!
Isa this was such a great workout - 20 minutes well spent. Even beginners but for me still challenging in a good way. I also love how you cue us to do the right thing and believe we do not need to punish our bodies. Thank you for so much positive energy too!
Now that seems for beginners other workouts are extremely hard and i felt my joints are going to tear but this workout i can do without injury

I just wanted to ask if you can do pilates when you suffer from congenital kyphosis? I'm almost 27 now, but I still would like my back look better. Sometimes I have upper back pain the next day after doing pilates. Is pilates safe for me?

I am having issues with my hips when I do any sort of leg raises. They pop loudly and very uncomfortably, like the feeling you get hearing nails on a chalkboard. Is there some way I can avoid this, or will it just go away as everything gets stronger?

I loved this as an intro back into working out. I feel so much of the leg lifts in my hips. Are my quads just weak or is my form off?
is there a modification for the leg movement at minute 11:56? my left like in the hips is very tight and every time I do that movement it makes a snapping/popping noise =/
