I enjoyed this workout so much and feel like I really benefitted from the slow and controlled aspect of it. I struggle with finding workout videos that are right for where I'm at strength-wise right now, and this was such an amazing workout
This has by far been my favorite morning Pilates routine! I just started doing daily Pilates 5 days ago, so maybe it’s just the concepts are finally connecting with me, but this routine was excellently paced, easy to follow, and I still felt a solid burn at the end without becoming fatigued!
I really enjoyed this class Isa thank you. I actually did it after work and for me it was a lovely end to my day. I really enjoyed the abs focus. It's one I'll definitely repeat. 😊

I added morning pilates to my routine for days when I don't have time for gym/gym rest day movement and I'm so glad I found you! this was challenging but light at the same time. it felt longer than 20 mins lol especially the ab work. thank you

I always had pain when doing abs workout, but until I reached your videos I didn't realize that I was just not strong enough to do them as in the videos, and I was arching my back. So, thank you so much for this! The only thing that it would make this videos even better would be if the music was quieter and more in the background. But, again thank you for sharing this videos with us!
This was seriously one of my favorite videos I’ve ever done!! I’ve been struggling with pelvic floor dysfunction so it’s sometimes hard to find exercise videos that don’t worsen flare ups on tough days when I’m not feeling great but still want to get moving. Loved how you mixed in all of the stretching!
I am brand new to pilates after suffering some back and hip issues, making it difficult to do my usual HIIT exercise. I couldn't do most of this workout, so I wouldn't say it was beginner at all. Nice vibe though, calming
