For years I thought I hated Pilates. I thought it was something I just couldnt do even after trying countless videos and forcing myself, it was so hard and unenjoyable. i’ve been doing pilates as consistently as i can, beginning this january 2024 & i am LOVING IT. i am on day 14 & i already see a difference in my strength & flexibility!! i love the little songs you sing while doing the motions. i began watching someone else, but came across your videos & enjoyed them more so since day 2 of my pilates journey, you’ve been my instructor! i started at the most recent videos & keep going down to the older ones & it literally just keeps getting better! it doesn’t seem like it’s been very long, 14 days, but i already see a huge difference! i have an autoimmune disease & this has given me my strength back after a year long flare up & drastic weight fluctuations due to medications. i feel stronger and more confident than ever!! thank you so so much! i love you & everything you do!!♥️♥️♥️
The bicycles at the end almost killed me but I did it! All thanks to the strength I’ve gained doing your 20 minute vids 3-4 days a week. Thank you ❤❤❤

This was my first Pilates workout ever ! Super Challenging , as a yoga instructor and someone who workouts out just about everyday, I realized I'm not as strong as I thought I was lol But now that I found this channel I'm going to work Pilates into my weekly routine. Thank you Gorgeous !
