I swear I have never felt more relaxed while doing a workout! My body was confused whether to enjoy the moment or to die because of the pain in my abs hahahaha
this just whooped my ass in the best way and even though I couldn't do ALL the moves, I was still kinda proud of myself so thank you!!

I’m so glad to find a Black creator! 🙏🏾 I’m recovering from a knee injury and my PT suggested pilates which is probably my least favorite type of exercise 😩 but I actually really really enjoyed this class! I struggled with a few things because of my knee (hip opening things with the knee out, single leg bridge work, knees into chest, full leg stretch)... would love to see a class focused on upper body/very knee friendly/less pressure on the knees 🤗

This is the first pilates video I've done, and I love it. It makes my back feel great, which I wasn't expecting. I have scoliosis. I guess I had weak abs and didn't realize how much it was affecting me.

I only did this video once, but I loved how hard it was at parts, with specific postures I know I need to improve and this video gets my body on set for that, it is also not too unfair or challenging and it was over in a breeze.
Should be coming back to this for a long time.

Lovely Isa, this is a fantastic video but RUclips doesn't want you to be great. There were NO LESS than FIVE ad interruptions in this short practice! If you can have them do smtg about it, please do to avoid losing views because of it. It's very annoying but I mindfully stuck it out & tech frustrations aside, I enjoyed it. I hope this helps because you're a super dope change to my fitness routine I want to practice with on the regular ❤🖤💚✊🏾

I just found out your channel and I like the Pilates challenge. For me personally though it was hard to follow the instructions while not looking at the screen. Like sometimes I wouldn’t know what we were doing as in an I going down or up or something like that. Like for me, I do yoga on RUclips and I like it when they’re descriptive with every movement cause if I don’t get it I’m constantly having to drop what I’m doing to look at the screen. Also the ads were a bit annoying having to decide whether to keep going with the exercise and do more or take a break. Though I know ads are supposed to being in money so it’s a give or take. Other than that it was a great exercise
Wow, holding up my legs like that! I love that its one that I can do the base move for, often ab exercises I have to modify it way down. But this one was a nice challenge to keep it up there.

Love love love! Only thing is the adverts go all the way through the video so you can’t do the video properly. Don’t mind them at the beginning but it interferes with the flow if they’re all the way through. Is it possible to change that if is it intentional? Love your channel!
