I've tried several beginners pilates workouts but yours was the best. You do an excellent job of explaining every movement which is exactly what I need to avoid lower back pain. This 25 minute workout is my favorite so far...you are a breath of fresh air! Keep doing what you're doing and thank you!

Hey I've been trying this workout for a while and every time i do it my arms and my hips hurt so much i really struggle to keep up :( is there anything i can do to not feel much pain?
Isa has the best pace of pilates, with deep relaxing stretches and good, challenging pilate moves.
By the time it was over I was saying “that’s it”. It went by so fast but I can say this by far was the best session I had being a beginners🦋.
