    As a person in a fat body, I have to celebrate this workout. I’m new to the P Bar and it’s totally usable for all bodies. That’s not always the case and it’s not always considered by instructors. So, thanks for making this accessible for HAES!

    I did it twice! I love 15 minute workouts because I can do it twice and the second time around I am able to perform the moves much better. The hardest workout was definitely the rotator cuffs, my favorite was probably anything with balance, and I did love the bicep curls with the marching. Thank you!!

    Thank you, Jacinta! I’m so grateful for this free resource. I recently bought a Pilates bar and I’m excited about this challenge! I enjoyed these two days so far. Hoping to keep it up for all five. I appreciate your calm and informative instruction, as well as the time counter. I was surprised at how good of a workout these are! I had to move down to a lower resistance band halfway through :) Looking forward to trying out more of your videos. I appreciate you!

    This was the first Pilates workout I ever did about 2 months ago and I found it so hard. Now I’ve worked my way up and this is the workout I do when I’m feeling lazy/low motivation bc it’s much easier. Thank you!!

      It is crazy how much progress I’ve made in a relatively small amount of time. I feel stronger, my balance is improving, my flexibility is SO much better, people even comment on my muscles being visible and compliment my figure? (I’ve been combining it w increased protein and aerobic exercise)

    Very inventive Jacinta- I attached one end of two long resistance bands to an old piece of filming gear which was covered in velvet so nice to hold, the other ends were already loops for my feet for day 1! Worked really well and was able to wrap the bands round for the row which was my favourite! A few wobbles with straight leg lift to the back and knee to table top! So managing pretty well without the proper Pilates bar though did have to re-tie one end twice as it came undone🙄😬 thanks J this made a change & can feel my arms💪🔥

    So far so good. Today's workout was easier for me than yesterday. I'm slowly recovering from ankle surgery (October 2023), so the most challenging exercises for me are the ones where I have to stand on the foot that I broke. (Though it now has plates and pins so is stronger than my other ankle.) You are an excellent facilitator, Jacinta. I love your format of the rest period in between each exercise which you use to demonstrate what is coming up next. Your sound is good. Your lighting is good. I never have any questions about what it is that I have to do because you explain everything really well. Thanks.

    love this work out (it killed my arms) the hardest was doing the circles (took lil breaks haha) but I'll be able to do the whole video with out breaks :)

    and day 2 completed too, again used 2kg weights and 4kg for punches at the end. loved it!

    Thank you so much for this perfect workout! This is the very first pilates video series that I made it back to a second time, it is easy enough for beginners and challenging at the same time.     LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE WORKOUTS AND MY PILATES BAR FOR FITNESS!!!!! Don't have room for a reformer or a gym but these workouts are soooooooo effective and make you feel wonderful - keep them coming!!!!

    Loved this workout, yesterday's was hard in different ways, so I'm glad to mix it up day to day.
    I'd love one that focuses on relieving lower back pain and hip flexor work, but maybe that gets covered in the next videos idk.
    As others have said, the rotations burned in all the right ways.❤

    From face value, the imaginary holding rotating plates didn’t look like much, but boy do I struggle with that. Could feel I’m really challenging my shoulders for it. Thank you for curating this Pilates bar challenges

    Thank you for this super bar workout today. I had to resort to some light weights at the end as my band snapped 😅 and neither part was long enough. Clearly working it too hard. I'll need to up the resistance tomorrow! I particularly liked the shoulder and arm work. 👍 Maybe a search on Amazon is required 😅😊.

      I'm still looking. I'll let you know if I indulge. I think if Jacinta is going to use this prop in other workouts it would be a useful addition to my workout toolkit. There are quite a few on Amazon. I just need to read the reviews. I also need to search out the links Jacinta has published that you mentioned in a other post.

      Each Pilates bar is different so I wouldn’t know for your one I’m sorry! Hopefully you can find the answer on the website? I would say it’s just to amount that feels best resistance wise x

    Hi, what’s the weight of your cables? What’s the best weight to start with?

      This has only one weight on this bar. Start with the lowest resistance and understand the moves first then you can progress
