As I age it’s an important part of my life long goal… to age well, maintain strength and of course my mobility. My Pilates completely compliments what I do in the gym xx
She can't give medical advice. Personally I was fine doing normal exercise when I wasn't feeling sick during my first trimester. It was my second when I couldn't go on my back when I modified my exercise.
Hi … congratulations that’s such lovely news. The best advice I can give is always put baby first and check medical advice before making any decisions. In the meantime maybe focus on arms , legs and glutes. Keep listening to your body xx

you talk way too much and you have too many variations, this was pretty annoying overall
