I'm a yoga instructor and have done this video only a couple of times -- The pelvic floor and lower core engagement is something I've been missing for awhile in my teaching as well as in my personal practice. I feel it still, even a few days later!! Much appreciation to you and your team! I'm looking forward to incorporating some of these exercises into my yoga classes!

Thank you!
Amazing video 👌🏻, have a nice weekend ❤️🥰.
Thanks so much! Hope you had a great weekend!
I needed this, I have a bad back and a torn meniscus. How can I see more of your videos. Thank you
It took me many years to find the pelvic floor muscles!! And many weeks to contract it longer than 5 seconds. I would lose it and not even realize it. I train that in bed every morning to make sure it doesn't slip back to seconds only which happens very fast :(

Hi, Dr. Ennis. I'm Zaire Haylock. Loved your videos.
Thanks so much!
@@drkristieennis You are welcome.
Hi I'm watching the way you teach for pelvic floor exercises, I have been doing some exercises, the muscle in my left thigh is very painful at times I can't turn on my left side it goes down to my knee.
What a fine wine
Will this improve my prolapse issues?
Some with weak knee . Is ther other way?
Hi my name is Joy I wood like to start doing this workout
🙏🌹💕 THANK YOU!! 💜👑✨
Love the wriggley toes. 😂
Hey Dr. Ennis. I'm having a huge problem with my anterior pelvis. Is there anything I can do to straighten it to restore my natural alignment. Because right now I'm tilted forward. I would tremendously appreciate a response from you and thanks for everything you do.
if kind of feels like my bladder is sore or s burning after? this is normal?
MRI I had last week shows some kind of fracture in my sacrum. Going for a CT scan this morning. In your experience have you known anyone with issues with their sacrum?? Very painful with inflammation. Right now have stopped my PT until my spine Doctor can review my CT scan and bone scan and see what the Next move will be to help me recover
Hi Kristie, could you please verify if someone with endometriosis can do these?
Will these strengthen the lower rectus abdominis as well?
Does anyone know how to delete this from a playlist. It is on the wrong one. Also I can’t figure out how to delete a playlist from RUclips MUSIC. WHY DON’T THEY THINK ABOUT DELETING AND NOT ADDING EVERYTHING? I am so frustrated.
Great exercises as always. Is that ball a therapy-type ball like the larger balls we all use for floor exercises or is it just a kids ball you’d get at Walgreens or Walmart?
Just a kids ball:)
I use a yoga block too, when I don’t have a ball handy.
❤
Would this be good to prepare a body for pregnancy? I want to try to get into good shape before conceiving.
Do i need to do some warmingup first bfore jumping into this pelvic exercise?
A warmup is never a bad idea:)
I see you😉
I'm really not sure whether ai did it all correctly 😅 barely felt any burns
Really focus in on how the lower abs are engaging and making sure not to move the trunk as the arms and legs move:)
Does these exercises also work the iliac?
They work the hips, glutes, abs, and pelvic floor.
Will doing these exercises help lose mommy tummy?
Is this good for men?
Yes!
Please translate this in tamil please. Many of our tamil people will get benefit more.
Almost first!
🤗
Can this be done daily?
I typically have my patients start 2-3 non consecutive days a week.
@@drkristieennis hoping this helps ICC issues🤞🏼

Thank you very much ☺️
Do these excercise somewhat imitate riding a bicycle?
I can’t work out the breathing and pulling the belly button in at the same time as doing the exercises 😬
Take a deep breath in,put your hands on your tummy as you breath out like through a straw expell all air your hands should come together pull belly button to spine that's when you do your lift legs but remember to breath but still holding that belly button.
If you go to move norish love on RUclips the lady there explains really well on the breathing, it's for postpartum after baby excersise but great.
The most important thing is to keep the trunk stable as you start to move, so making sure not to push the belly out or hold your breath:)
These excercise look easy, until you try them. 🥵
One gorgeous, fit woman, head to toe.
