I'm a yoga instructor and have done this video only a couple of times -- The pelvic floor and lower core engagement is something I've been missing for awhile in my teaching as well as in my personal practice. I feel it still, even a few days later!! Much appreciation to you and your team! I'm looking forward to incorporating some of these exercises into my yoga classes!

It took me many years to find the pelvic floor muscles!! And many weeks to contract it longer than 5 seconds. I would lose it and not even realize it. I train that in bed every morning to make sure it doesn't slip back to seconds only which happens very fast :(

Take a deep breath in,put your hands on your tummy as you breath out like through a straw expell all air your hands should come together pull belly button to spine that's when you do your lift legs but remember to breath but still holding that belly button.
