This 15 minute lower body leg workout is a perfect and quick way to effectively work your glutes, hamstrings, inner, and outer thighs which will help you create beautiful definition in your body. There’s literally nothing on RUclips and also in future, could you make yoga videos with the name of the yoga practice so that we can know which type of yoga we are learning. I’m just here to say that I did this every day for 2 months a the results were amazing. I stoped doing it during the summer and I gained some weight so I’m here again because the results are real! I got so strong. I also did her abs class and arms. Amazing results

Loving the new exercises.Already doing the new 14 day challenge. All our attention goes to the hardwork that goes into performing these exercises but it is hard to stay creative and design new classes every time.

This exercise makes me sweat more than pretty much any other exercise I can think of. I freaking love how powerful of a workout it gives you in such a short amount of time. (As well as no impact). If you need something short and sweet that will bring you long term results... this is seriously the perfect exercise.

I really like this workout it gets the heart rate up and is quick! I’ve been doing it for two weeks but I swear the kick then pull to chest has been actually getting harder not easier

Wow! I am drenched and sweating bullets! This was a fantastic workout with an INTENSE burn to activate and invigorate the entire body. As a yoga instructor, I've been doing pilates before my yoga flow because it helps to make my stretching so much more rewarding. This 15 mins is equivalent to a full circuit of cardio!

I found this workout much easier than the ones have been recently released. But it is a good advantage as it can help to warm and strengthen my muscles to the next level and hopefully I will be able to start one of the challenges. So if anybody is not in a good shape after recovery, or hard period etc..this can be a good program to start to work the muscles ;)
