How many minutes per day should one aim to workout to see results? Right now I'm trying to do 20min a day / 5 days a week of HIIT. Do you think that's a good routine?
what are some of your workouts that are best for leaning out the arms? I have noticed that recently my arms have been getting bigger and its a huge insecurity :(
The workout is wonderful. I just wish you had some transition/ coold down moves in between exerciss, like little dinamic stretches, walk in place, march, butt kicks etc.

Good workout, but was discouraging that instructor would stop for lengthy breaks halfway through exercises or frequently stop before the 45-second timer was over. I wish she had either showed a modification or admitted if she was tired/needed a break rather than resting while telling viewers to keep going.
C'mon, senseless try to intervent to fitness world of such workouts influencers titans as Pamela Reif, Chloe Ting and Lilly Sabri 💪🏼 They 3 ARE THE BEST!!! All attempts of others to reach or copy them are senseless 👎🏼

That’s what I do. I think it’s very good. You don’t want to over do it. Slow and steady
results depend also on how great your recovery is and nutrition:) but yeah its a pretty good routine
